Our client is a leading international provider of ICs, components and hybrid assemblies. They now seek a manufacturing manager in their SW based manufacturing facility, a key contributor to their overall international manufacturing strategy.
The successful candidate will have a record of establishing environments where efficiency and delivery are second to none. With an emphasis on getting new, leading edge products to market quickly, this role will require an individual with strong managerial and technical skills, who understands quality systems (Six Sigma) and can influence senior decision makers within the internal and external organisations.
A history of manufacturing delivery of complex electronics, hybrids or modules is essential.
