Redline require an experienced applications engineer to join our clients? operation in Scotland.
The role involves considerable interface with customers (and therefore requires excellent communication skills) supporting them and the sales channels with the adoption and application of microcontrollers by providing high level qualification of new IP/designs, design support (hardware and software), technical documentation, training, program management, demonstrations and applications advice to optimise customers' experiences in using the products.
Applicants should have a sound and demonstrable hands-on engineering background in software and hardware design using microcontroller products (8,16 & 32 bit architectures) within similar industry applications. A passion for communicating and solving problems, coupled with sound technical skills is required. This is a great opportunity to work with some of Europe's leading automotive/infotainment applications on leading edge devices.
