Redline are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager, Cabling & Connectors to be based in Glasgow. Our client is a well established, highly regarded manufacturer and supplier of cables, connectors and associated equipment. Their products are used throughout electrical, manufacturing, process control and industrial applications.
Your key responsibility will be to achieve set financial and performance objectives.
You will manage existing accounts within a determined territory and assist customer requirements by providing technical and pricing information to gain business. You will develop our clients products and presence by growth of existing business and identifying new areas of growth within the marketplace. This will require researching the product range for the applicable materials and developing a strategy for the management of new projects to ensure products gain maximum exposure. Attend regular sales meetings to discuss and plan the implementation of sales improvement plans and your development.
For this role you must have strong customer service skills from within a sales environment and the ability to achieve results. A technical understanding, ideally from within the electro-mechanical market sector, would be an advantage.
