Remuneration:
£30 to £40k - experience and qualification driven
Senior Buyer required to control buying function across critical projects, including provision of best advice and recommendation on strategic decisions and providing budget guidelines, schedules and forecasts. Must have the buying (procurement, purchasing, supply chain) experience and the organisational / project skills required to provide best service regarding defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results.
Buying experience should span 9 to 12 years with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent OR 7 to 10 years with a Master's degree or equivalent. Must be Computer literate and possess good organisational skills, interpersonal skills, and proven problem solving skills; preferably gained in a technical buying / purchasing / procurement / supply chain capacity.
