This challenging role will involve responsibility for the complete software lifecycle, covering specification, coordination, resourcing and the design process. You be involved in architecting subsystems, configuration management and the test, debug and verification of software.
Applying your detailed knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++ and Assembler, you?ll work on large and complex multi-disciplinary projects that utilise the full software engineering life cycle and structured design methodologies (OOA/OOD).
You should have completed more than one large, complex and multi-disciplinary project, taking them from concept all the way through to manufacturing. This is likely to have been in an industry such as consumer electronics, aerospace, telecoms or automotive.
An excellent communicator, with an appetite for a challenge, you should have experience in Real Time Applications and Operating Systems, ideally in conjunction with embedded systems.
