This challenging role will involve responsibility for the complete software lifecycle, covering specification, coordination, resourcing and the design process.
You will have started your career in real-time software development using C, C++ or assembler. From here you will have moved into more of a management role, including the mentoring of more junior engineers and the development of structured design methodologies(OOA/OOD).
You should have completed more than one large, complex and multi-disciplinary project, taking them from concept all the way through to manufacturing. This is likely to have been in an industry such as consumer electronics, aerospace, telecoms or automotive.
