Junior & Senior Hardware Engineers
Yorks
£25k-£35k
My client urgently need two hardware engineers to support increasing project activity. For the more junior role you should have 1 or 2 years experience, for the senior role you will need proportionately more experience.
For both roles you should be familiar with both analogue and high speed digital hardware design, and have experience in layout, schematic generation, circuit analysis and validation. Your role will involve taking designs all the way through the test, debug and verification stages in order to hand over to manufacturing.
At the senior level you will need to be involved in system level definition, project planning and post design support, and will probably have completed several multidisciplinary projects. Mentoring and influencing skills will certainly be advantageous.
Familiarity with reliability, EMC and LVD conformance issues will be very useful.
