Hardware Resource Co-ordinator
Yorks
C£35k-£45k
Your role will be to allocate and monitor hardware project resources and to monitor and review performance.
You will drive recruitment, training and development of staff and encourage mentoring of junior personnel by more experienced engineers.
As well as holding a relevany engineering qualification, you should have experience of commercial hardware development within hardware project teams.
The succesful candidate will be a mature, higly motivated individual with excellent communication & negotiation skills. Experience of Microsoft Project software will be an additiojnal bonus.
