Our client is seeking an experienced, motivated hardware team leader. You will lead an existing team of hardware engineers to design and implement highly efficient hardware solutions. In this hands-on role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of new design solutions and their hardware implementations, as well as supporting existing designs. You will have at least 5 years hardware development experience of all aspects of the development life cycle from specification of requirements to design, development, testing, release, production and maintenance. Technical background will include experience of high-speed circuit design & layout, VHDL/Verilog RTL, Comms (USB, Ethernet, Firewire etc). This role will also require a strong customer facing skills.
