Our international client now requires a Packaging Project Manager to work on the project management of new product introductions and the organisation of global cross-functional project teams. The role will involve leadership of problem solving teams and quality standard management. Monitoring and reporting project performance against the goals to upper management will be required.
Required skills include;
-Formal project management experience (PMP preferred)
-Strong semiconductor IC packaging skills
-FMEA, risk management and problem solving skills
-Excellent communication skills and ability to travel
-BSc Degree or equivalent qualifications
