A world leader in the design and manufacture of high tech battery systems for industrial infrastructure and processes, defence, transportation and healthcare is currently looking to recruit a UK Sales Manager.
Reporting into the Director & General Manager the role will cover all of UK and Eire and will be focused upon technical solutions selling to Government agencies, especially the Ministry of Defence. You will also be responsible for the management of a small specialist sales team.
The successful candidate should posses extensive hands-on experience of Sales Management and a strong background in dealing with the MoD is essential.
Some occasional travel to Europe and US will be required. The office is based in the North East of England and you will be required to visit the office on a regular basis for meetings.
