The succesful candidate will have a good degree and five years experience in embedded systems including the development of medical or safety critical systems, preferably working within small teams.
You should be highly proficient in C and familiar with at least one method of structured/OO analysis.
It is essential that you have an understanding of real-time issues - ideally you will have used real time operating systems.
Some understanding of electronics hardware will be extremely useful.
