Our client is a start up company who are developing microwave assemblies, subsystems and systems for global wireless communications markets.
Due to growth, they now need to hire an Applications Engineer to support customers during pre and post sales activities to help ensure design win opportunities are maximised and customers are able to successfully ramp into production. You will also be working closely with other departments to generate technical documents and technical sales material, give input to the company product roadmap, help define new products and participate in the product development process and contribute to the competitive intelligence database.
The successful candidate will have a technical degree or equivalent and approximately 5 years experience working in the microwave industry, experience of RF/microwave design, development and/or applications at board or systems level and experience of working with and supporting customers in Europe and globally.
