Test Engineer- Midlands - Negotiable
The Test Engineer will be responsible for the provision of In-Circuit and Functional test equipment that satisfy technical, quality and commercial needs of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company focused on providing superior products and services to customers in the automotive industry.
Test Engineer should have experience in some or all of the following areas:
1) Functional Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) design/development
2)ATE platforms including GPIB, VXI, PXI and other well know proprietary hardware platforms, functional and ICT (e.G. Teradyne 18xx series)
3)Software skills, typically C, C++, VisualBasic, LabWindows CVI, LabView, to a good standard employing best practice principles and ensuring integrity.
4)High volume electronics manufacturing processes and the integration of 'production test', specifically relating to pcb/module assemblies.
5) In-Circuit
6) Automotive electronics product design, specification and interfacing.
