My client in Sussex are seeking to recruit Frontline IT / Technical Support engineers.
The role:
As a member of the Frontline support team you will be dealing with all Sales, Technical and Returns enquiries by phone, e-mail, Skype or letter. Hardware and software related enquiries must be dealt with quickly and efficiently, contributing to the best support service in the industry. You will also be required to take on telesales projects to assist in promoting new products and services.
Responsibilities:
Trouble shooting and solving customer queries.
Process and investigate returns when required.
Maintain consistently good customer feedback.
Escalate calls to senior support falling into any of the following criteria: over 10 minutes, an unknown issue that needs further investigation, a known tracker issue already being dealt with by senior support.
Cover the night shift if required.
Skills:
A high level of PC literacy with experience using the following: Windows XP/Vista, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook/ Exchange.
Telephone support, sales and customer services experience.
Able to type up a conversation quickly and accurately whilst on the phone.
Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
Able to handle multiple tasks and varying challenges without losing focus on the key objectives.
Qualifications:
Five good GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths and English.
