PRINCIPAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Lead and coordinate the following activities on behalf of the Wing CoE and ensures all key-stakeholders are involved.
· Make or buy decision process for Engineering activities.
· Generate a Wing CoE Subcontract Plan in line with the organisation s Subcontract Strategy, the agreed make-buy policy and the resource requirements generated by the Planning & Resource Management Team.
· Ensure the implementation of the Supplier Selection Process on all Subcontract work packages in line with the Subcontract Strategy.
· Overall Operational Management of Wing CoE Subcontract companies, including Performance Management across the projects contributing to the AUK Subcontract Management process.
· Engagement of on-site Subcontractors in line with the Subcontract Plan and individual project requirements.
· Administrate the Subcontracting process, on-site and off-site, for all Engineering Subcontract activities within the Wing CoE.
