My client based in Milton Keynes : Buckinghamshire, have a vacancy for a Hardware Design Engineer who will design and develop state of the art electronic equipment for the Broadcast industry.
The key requirements for the position are:
High speed digital design Power PC, x86, PCI etc..
Good interpersonal skills
Good documentation skills
Ability to think "Outside the box"
Any experience of Power Supply or FPGA / VHDL would be beneficial but not essential.
The role will involve some customer contact. You will be expected to meet with customers on occasion (as part of a team) and help project manage projects though whilst keeping the customer informed.
