Graduate Mechanical Engineer to implement new designs for Healthcare Engineering Group which specialises in drug delivery, diagnostics, instrumentation and medical technology. Concept generation, analysis of system architectures and mechanical / fluid systems, specification, design and execution of experimental programmes with teams of scientists and technicians. Liaise with clients, getting involved in defining work programmes, holding workshops and giving presentations. Manage tasks within projects. This will develop into management of projects, having full responsibility for delivery to clients. You will have good first degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline, strong technical skills with strengths in control systems, fluid mechanics, material and structural analysis. Hands-on exp. will also be beneficial: FEA, CFD, 2D/3D CAD, Matlab, Zemax and Simulink. Industrial experience and/or a second degree with a high level of practical experience is a strong advantage.
