A unique opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's leading brands involving a mixture of chemical technology, automation & high level electronics.
Continued demand in the UK, continental Europe and South East Asia has led to the requirement for additional professionals including a Electrical Design Engineer - Semiconductor & Process Control, at their site near Bristol paying up to £40k dependant on experience.
This role is commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Chepstow, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Swindon, Bath and Yeovile.
As an Electrical Design Engineer you will work as part of a multi-disciplined team supporting the development and manufacture of PLC-based control systems for exhaust gas management products, following relevant European and international standards.
Responsibilities will include;
Production and Quality Issues
Electrical Panel Design
Prototype fabrication
Requirements;
HNC Qualified or above in an Electrical Engineering discipline or related Engineering field.
CAD experience in AutoCAD or similar.
Experience of working in a similar environment.
Knowledge and experience in either the semiconductor equipment or process industries.
