Summary: developing PLC systems
My client is a global British success story, a £multi-million business with design and manufacturing operations throughout the UK. Due to success, their site on the South West coast is expanding by 30% and thereby they currently seek a Controls Engineer.
The ideal candidate will be involved in the entire life cycle of developing PLC based control systems, from the initial design concept right through to customer support . You will need to have excellent communication skills, as you'll be translating customer and internal requirements into design specifications.
You will have about 3 years experience of designing and programming PLC based control systems. Experience in the semiconductor industry or using visual basic will be advantageous.
