My client is an expanding company specialising in systems, software and product development for the space, military, marine and transport sectors. They are currently recruiting in several areas - if any of the roles below look of interest, please send me your CV with a short covering note ASAP.
Military Systems Engineer
Areas of interest include experience of land and air military systems, battlefield sensors, electronic warfare, ISTAR, C4I systems, knowledge of MOD procurement processes.
Technical Specialist - Autonomous Systems
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in maths or physics, with mathematical, programming and computer modelling skills, and experience designing autonomous command and control systems for unmanned vehicles.
Senior/Expert Safety Critical Software Engineer
Proven project management and technical leadership experience in safety critical/related software developments. This will include specifying, developing and implementing software development processes for at least 2 safety critical/related projects. Areas of interest: requirements capture and analysis, high level, architectural and detailed design using Yourdon, UML, C, C++, Ada, validation, verification (unit, module, integration, system and acceptance testing).
Senior Systems and Programme Support Engineer
An in depth knowledge of the rail market and sector with proven long term experience in systems engineering and programme support methodologies, processes and standards is essential. Areas of interest: RAMS, asset management, capacity modelling, liaison with suppliers and contractors, coordination of engineering teams, bid preparation.
