I'm particularly keen to find a DSP guru, but I'm also looking for less experienced candidates in this technical field.
It is essential that you have good mathematical skills and exposure to the simulation & development of DSP software algorithms for real-time communications. This may have been gained on a degree project if you are a recent graduate, or you will have 5 or more years of commercial/industrial experience if you are looking to enter at a senior level.
Your knowledge of assembler coding and optimisation is likely to have been gained in the telecoms field, ideally defence or satcoms - possibly in connection with signal modulation/demodulation.
Any specific experience of the Motorola 563xx processor family & DSP theory would be useful. It would also be advantageous if you had any exposure to high speed digital hardware design such as processors, peripherals, ADC's/DAC's etc.
You must be a British passport holder and able to obtain security clearance in order to be considered for these roles.
