ÂÕQuantity Surveyor âõref 19991DT ÂOVERALL PURPOSE: âWork as part of the commercial team to ensure Provision of a professional Quantity Surveying service within the Division. Client facing, must have a contracting background with rail. ÂPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES OR MAIN TASKS: - â1.ÔProvide information to measure the financial and physical performance of projects against targets. 2.ÔEnsure best utilisation of resources to maximise profitability of projects/contracts. 3.ÔProvide relevant information for preparation of reports/claims to agreed timescales. 4.ÔAssist in preparation of estimates for bids less than £100k. ÂPERFORMANCE CRITERIA: - â·ÔAs part of the project/contract team, ensure income and margin targets are achieved. ·ÔEnsure timeous cash collection to laid down procedures.
