As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline, with five years experience of working in a contracting organisation. A background in the design, including front end conceptual design and detail design, installation, commissioning of mechanical handling plant (cranes, materials handling, mining foundry, papermaking, special purpose machinery) or process plant (pumps, piping, vessels, mixers) is required and you will deliver these results to customers.
You will be working a multi-discipline environment, applying and developing technologies into innovative solutions and be required to produce supporting calculations to size plant and equipment. Experience of 3D solid modelling software would be advantageous. Working as part of a team, you will have excellent communication skills with a 'can-do' attitude and hold a driving licence.
