You will be responsible for the preparation of Bills of Quantities, budgets, take-offs etc., supporting the tendering activity with accurate cost estimates and assisting regional managers and project managers on commercial matters, cost control and reporting. Duties will also include the general commercial management of subcontractors, providing assistance with the placing of sub-contract orders and the preparation of claims. You will have a Building/Civil Engineering or Asset Management background, with several years experience and will be educated to HNC/HND or Degree level in Quantity Surveying.
