<b>Job Description</b> <br><p>We have an excellent Design Management opportunity to work across our multidisciplinary business within our key Water business. As an Atkins Design Manager you will be providing a range of consultative project management skills internally across our diverse business to meet the demands of these specific water industry projects. </p><p>You will therefore have the ability to undertake and manage multiple projects ranging from £2-£40 million. As Atkins is a true multi-disciplinary organisation, we are looking for candidates with great organisational and people skills, and who can demonstrate consultancy Design Management or Project Management experience within the Water industry. </p><br><br><b>Requirements</b> <br><p>We are looking for candidates who can clearly demonstrate a Design/Project Management experience within the Water Industry. Your experience will include:</p><ul><li>You will ideally be a Chartered engineer from a Civil, Mechancial or Electrical background with Project Management design experience within the Water industry<li>Multiple client experience and the relevant consultancy experience <li>Understand the consultancy process and able to communicate effectively at all levles. <li>A High level of IT literacy and able to use of MS Project and Visio <li>Any exposure or use of Project Management methodologies would beneficial i.e. Prince</li></ul><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b> <br><p>For this Design Management role the key responsibilities include: </p><ul><li>To provide Project Management responsibilities for all assigned commissions with the support of the Senior Project Management Team </li><li>Take commercial responsibility for the successful delivery of commissions </li><li>Full client liaison and management of the Atkins team, and externally for our utilities client </li><li>Ability to successfully manage the delivery of multiple projects within the water industry</li></ul><br><br><b>Benefits</b> <br><ul><li>25 Days annual leave <li>Flexible annual leave scheme <li>Company Pension Scheme <li>Employee Assistance Programme <li>Share Incentive Plan <li>Life Assurance Scheme<li>Professional Membership Fees Paid</li></ul><br><br>
