Our client who has been established for over 3 years is looking to take a step back and employ a projects manager to manage initially a construction in Portsmouth in residential build from the ground up. As a part of a new opportunity he is now looking to branch out into the complete new build of flats and apartments across the Hampshire area. They are now looking for a site manager to run a site with a build of approx 4 town houses and 6 flats to NHB standards. You will have worked for an NHBC
