This position will involve the maintenance of all building to include, plumbing, carpentry, painting/refurbishment, furniture maintenance, maintenance of plant/equipment, grounds maintenance, fitting of new equipment and also helping with scheduled maintenance. Any other duties as directed Hours: 40 hour week Flexibility required Participate in 'on call' weekend rota 1 in 3.
