Quantity Surveyor required for busy construction company. Duties will include the selection of sub-contractors for tender and preparing of tender enquires to subs in detail while raising payment certificates and valuations in time to ensure maximum cash flow. Will also involve dealing with time extensions and communicating the recovery and cost to the project manager/ directors. This will result in writing up loss and expense claims.
