Contracts Engineer required for major building services company. Main duties to include preparing construction programme, responsible for inspecting subcontractor’s works and defects, advising the project manager/ QS of delays and ensuring that installed works comply with specifications. Your key accountability will be for the successful completion of assigned projects within financial and programme targets.
