Applications Engineer - Power /Industrial, Essex, London, AC, DC, electrical, batteries, cables
My client is a world leader in the provision of reliable power systems for Telecommunications, Information Technology and Industrial markets. With a presence in 18 countries, the company offers a unique product portfolio of AC and DC integrated power solutions.
Due to a further expansion they require an Applications Engineer to support their sales effort, providing technical design and commercial expertise. The successful candidate will be working primarily in the Industrial sector, although candidates who can offer additional experience of the DC Telecoms market will be at an advantage.
You should be suitably qualified in electrical engineering related discipline combined with experience in a power systems environment. In this role you will be reviewing client's technical documents and recommending system / installation designs so calculation of system, battery and cable sizing is key.
