Design Draughtsperson

Design Draughtsman - Cheltenham - to £30k + bens
I am currently looking to recruit a design draughtsperson to join my client's team. My client is a global telecommunications infrastructure company specialising in Broadcast, Cellular, Radar, Surveillance and Broadband. A new opportunity has now arisen for a Design Draughtsperson responsible for the creation of detailed design drawings for structures, antennas and related products, requiring the application of draughting techniques, procedures, criteria and standards to ensure requirements are effectively translated into production/operational needs. This work is carried out in both 2D and 3D.
You will be educated with a HND or equivalent with a strong appreciation of the operational and production environments including the ability to understand detailed design issues with the recommendation of suitable solutions. Experience within the telecommunications industry i.e masts, antennas, towers etc. would be useful although NOT essential. You must have some experience of designing/ draughting steel structures.
