Requirements
Experience on Highways Agency or Transport Scotland and local authority projects.
Knowledge of current Transport Scotland standards, policies and processes, particularly MCDHW as well as Health & Safety legislation regulations, particularly CDM.
A degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, or related subject with sufficient or appropriate level of relevant post graduate experience, possibly in the final stages of preparing for Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
