We are currently looking for a Senior Garment Technologist to cover Maternity Leave starting in October within our company.
The successful candidate will have a qualification in clothing or textiles, and have a minimum 5 years experience in a senior role. You will be able to conduct factory audits, and have experience in dealing with Far East factories.
You will have the ability to work under pressure, be computer literate, and willing to travel. Attention to detail is very, very important !
You should have up to date knowledge of childrenswear legislation and safety requirements.
Basic job for senior technologist role ie. ability to create specs, conduct fittings, make spec amendments, seal samples, production checks, DC inspections manage assisant.
Help buyers with technical input.
Salary is negotiable.
