***** SERVICE DESK ANALYST REQUIRED WITH EITHER FLUENT FRENCH / GERMAN / ITALIAN ****** Our client, a global outsourcing organisation based in Milton Keynes, is currently looking for SERVICE DESK ANALYSTS with a fluency in one of the following languages: FRENCH / GERMAN / ITALIAN and some experience of providing helpdesk support or customer service, to join their team at there head office. Your role will be to provide first line (telephone) based support for customers (end users, re-sellers, distributors) whilst dealing with any issues that may arise. This is very much an entry level position and you will receive training and on the job guidance. You will ideally be a foreign national with one of the following languages: FRENCH/GERMAN/ITALIAN and have some technical knowledge. You will also be ideally based in or around the MILTON KEYNES area and be able to start ASAP. In return you will receive a 2 week intensive training course, the chance of real advancement within a forward-thinking organisation and an annual salary of between £16-17,000.
