BrightWave, a rapidly growing e-Learning company, requires a confident self-starter to ensure the smooth running of our Hove office. We pride ourselves on our high levels of customer service and the successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining this standard. Applicants will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a high level of computer literacy. You will have a strong attention to detail and a friendly, positive and open attitude. The role will include responding to customer enquiries, managing supplier relationships, supporting sales and marketing activities and general office management.
Salary £16-20k depending upon experience. Flexible working hours and/or job share will be considered.
