A major mobile operator requires a Problem Manager/Troubleshooter with a background in web hosting and Unix to investigate complex service issues, impact analysis and processing of new operational support requirements. It is essential that you speak fluent German with a strong knowledge of mobile internet. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience within a similar role with particular skills in problem solving, process improvement and excellent ability in building good working relationships.
