Profile - I.T. degree or equivalent - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Good problem solving skills - Service minded and good customer orientation -Interest in Networking and PC support Responsibilities - Customer implementation and quality assurance - First line customer technical support - Internal technical support More about the role Day to day duties include setting up newly signed clients in TradeDoublers internal admin system, sending ID codes and instruction manuals to clients and then supporting the client by email and telephone - trouble-shooting & ensuring things are done in the right way are all important aspects of the role. The candidate will be involved in supporting the local network and user base. Full training will be provided. This role provides a broad knowledge of online marketing and Internet technologies.
