This is a challenging role for an enthusiastic problem-solver with 2 years experience in a front, middle or back office support role within the Finance or Energy sectors. You will be responsible for ongoing business and technical support of Clients across Europe, testing and monitoring of systems/applications plus replication and resolution of issues. Excellent communication and first-class customer-facing skills are essential. Flexibility and some travel and off-site working required.
