Contract Telecoms / Web Applications Test Engineer with proven track record system and functional testing, to test the client’s mass call answering platform and other products. The applicant will join a small team working on existing and new products. Applicants must have experience as a test engineer in a Telecoms environment; web applications tester; creating Test scripts / scenarios; writing test scripts / procedures; PC based test tools – Winrunner etc.; recording test results; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise with developers in reproducing and progressing faults; familiarity with fault tracking systems. You should also have experience with Windows based operating systems; Unix based operating systems; SQL Databases and basic SQL queries; Call generation test equipment – Telesoft etc; Data networks. Rate iro GBP30 / hour. Duration 3 months.
