We currently have a vacancy for a Technical Helpdesk Administrator. The Role: To provide first line technical support to eur-isp, broadband and web services customers. To actively pursue web and eur-isp / broadband customers via existing leads and in doing so, increase the customer base. Specific Responsibilities: • To provide first line support via the telephone to all eur-isp customers and escalate if necessary - using Gemini to log all calls and actions. • Activation, administration and management of the eur-isp platform and its accounts. • To administer the businesswise package via the broadband platform and monitor the sales and installation process. • To administer the migration of eur-isp customers to broadband and manage customer email accounts appropriately. • Provide administration support for Web Services customers • To assist with e-marketing campaigns by follow up calls to customers. Person Specification: • Experienced commercial Call Centre / Helpdesk administrator with a strong (general) understanding of IT, including Windows. • Numerate, good verbal and written communication skills, PC literate. • Good communicator with excellent customer relation skills; ability to retrieve difficult situations. • Apple Mac system knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
