To perform a 2nd Level Support role in the Webshphere Application Support Team of this major blue chip. Experience must include previous support experience, troubleshooting, adhering to SLA's, and effective communication skills. Technical skills could include 3 of the following: IBM web server, portal server, directory server, Websphere Apllication Server (WAS), content maanagement server, oracle 9i/10. MQ series, Message Broker. Additional experience in Websphere Administrotion or development/support of J2EE/Java apps will be of great interest. Above a strog team player with a positive attitude is needed for this varied and exciting role.
