Executive Administrator

As a result we now seek an outstanding Executive Administrator with over 2 years experience.
Amazon is seeking to establish a development centre in Edinburgh, and is looking to hire the core start-up team. We're looking for a truly exceptional candidate for an executive administrator position with very broad skills, excellent problem solving, a can-do attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit
In this unusually extensive and varied role as executive administrator you'll be responsible for all manner of things ranging from identifying and bringing online an appropriate office space, to driving our aggressive and highly creative recruiting program, to handling the more administrative tasks of a growing operation and running the logistics of the office.
Skills Required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proactive self-starter who can operate independently
· Outstanding resourcefulness and problem solving skills.
· Extremely well organized with attention to detail and excellent time management skills
· Proficicient user of Microsoft Office tools (word/excel/outlook)
To assist you in this role you will be highly familiar and capable with technology including all Microsoft Office tools, and be an excellent touch typist. You will possess strong interpersonal skills and high emotional IQ, which will allow you to quickly establish good working relationships with the start-up team, and a large set of globally distributed supporting staff from the broader Amazon group. You will naturally develop processes where appropriate from best practices, and automatically identify and remove inefficiencies in existing processes.
