You will gain expert knowledge in online marketing in one of the fastest growing online marketing and sales solutions providers in Europe. This position affords the successful applicant an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of performance based marketing in an exciting fast paced environment. Industry leaders all over Europe have partnered with our client to work with performance-based marketing and to manage online relationships, in order to increase sales and improve online business. Our client is headquartered in Sweden with a presence in 15 other markets, and customers include Apple, Dell, John Lewis, Renault and Kelkoo. Responsibilities There will full training provided with this role. The job will require you to: • Be the first line of support for the affiliate base - you will be expected to independently manage the affiliate support channel. This is largely done via email but the job involves contact by phone also. You should be happy to take ownership of this and be a key person to the publishers you support. • Work with account managers to resolve specific queries that arise. • Fully familiarise yourself with the TradeDoubler tracking and reporting tool. • Conduct fraud checks and check transaction quality. • Develop relationships with the publishers to optimise their performance and revenues. Profile: • Bright individual – Degree preferable but not essential • Keen interest in the Internet. • Some IT technology proficiency would be beneficial (Understanding of HTML a bonus). • Service minded with very strong customer focus. • Have a flexible attitude and be proactive. • Team player with ability to prioritise. • Good organisational skills – strong need to follow up issues and see them to conclusion. • Excellent computer literacy. The job will be based in Victoria, right by the station.
