LEWIS PR is an award winning international IT PR agency. Headquartered in London, it has a network of wholly-owned offices throughout Europe, the US and Asia Pac. Through a combination of intelligence, experience and hard work, the company has built a reputation for delivering outstanding results and has continued to expand on a global basis despite the recession.
LEWIS has ambitious expansion plans for its US and European offices and is looking to appoint a Recruitment Executive. Working in the HR department, this is essentially an in-house resourcing role, identifying and targeting potential candidates to introduce them to employment opportunities at LEWIS. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Extensive phone/Web based research to identify and qualify potential leads
- Cold calling and selling in opportunities at LEWIS to candidates with a view to arranging an initial meeting
- Telephone screening prior to meeting
- Maintaining the database of candidates, developing relationships and updating with regards to ongoing opportunities
- Actively researching into new industry sectors for people with relevant skill sets
- Responsibility for the design and content of marketing material to go to candidates, as well as direct involvement in advertising campaigns to attract applicants directly
- Updating and promoting opportunities on the company Intranet/Internet site
This position has the scope to develop into an integrated recruitment management role, with responsibility for running recruitment campaigns for the company internationally, devising the best strategy for each office and market.
