This is a junior position and would suit a candidate with a flair and design and programming. Some commercial experience is preferred but not essential, however, a proven aptitude and ability for Web Design and programming including HTML /CSS / ASP / SQL-Database is essential. A good understanding of Macromedia Dreamweaver (inluding hand coding) / Adobe Photoshop would be a distinct advantage.
