My Client, a leading Mobile Phone Consultancy is looking for a Project Manager with expert experience in GSM / GPRS RF Optimisation. Ericsson experience is strictly preferred and candidates should be well versed in RF Optimisation in terms of making parameter changes, re-working frequency plans and changing the physical network by looking at antena tilts and new sites etc. The goals of the role are to manage a small team of about 7 Network Performance engineers (of which there are also some vacancies) increase the quality of the network (measured by KPIs). Candidates with RF Planning and Optimisation experience on a GPRS network will be ideal. Candidates from any country are welcome to apply giving your availability and rate expectation in USD per day (assuming that accommodation and flights every 6 months are paid for).
