My Client is currently looking for an experienced GSM RF Manager for a project in the Middle East. Vendor specific experience is not required although candidates with a mix of Ericsson, Nokia and Siemens experience is ideal. Candidates should have at least 5 years RF Planning and Optimisation experience (Frequency Planning, Cell / Coverage Planning, Network Tunning, Neighbour selection, Optimisation). Candidates should also have proven ability in leading a team of RF Engineers through a rollout in both planning and optimisation stages. Planet or Asset Planning tool knowledge would be preferred (although not essential). Please get in touch with your cv, availability and rate expectation.
