I require Engineers, preferably with a Electronic Engineering background (2yrs +) and Degree to perform Mobile Phone Handset Testing. Ideally candidates should be bright, have a thorough understanding of GSM / UMTS technology and be flexible with regards location. The contract will last for 6/12 months and be based in Hampshire for 2 weeks of the month and anywhere in Europe for the over 2 weeks. Accommodation will not be provided in Hampshire but away from there it will be paid for. Ideally candidates should have previous knowledge of handset testing but this is not essential - more essential are a good Telecoms Engineering brain, being quick to learn, and the flexibility to spend large amounts of time travelling performing tests whilst on the road. Engineers with experience of Switching, RF, Transmission, and testing may also be considered.
