My client requires a large number of Telecoms experienced Iraqi ex-pats to return to the country and work for a green field GSM mobile telecoms network operator. Any Iraqi ex-pat with GSM, UMTS, 3G, or CDMA skill are welcome to apply for either contract or permanent roles within the new company. Skills that will be particularly useful are RF Planning, Transmission Planning, Project Management, BSS Optimisation, Operations & Maintanence, IN, VAS, Site Acquistion, BTS / Microwave / MSC Switch / BSC Installation Commissioning & Integration, LOS surveyors, SDH Designers, Sales, Marketing, and administration staff. All skill sets will eventually be needed and this could be an excellent opportunity for those that now wish to return to Iraq and want to play a part in reshaping the services available to the average person.
